| 520 | |b Our study discusses the subject of stability and security and the means to achieve and maintane them, we ease into it by demonstrating the dangers of extreamizm and over exaguration and the effects of their spread into the society, to reach an understanding that the bottom conclusion of extreamism and exadurated responce to misguided or not fully understood readings of creed textures and relegious phrases and verses is the state of widespread of injustice and the declination of fareness between citizins, which in turn ushers the way to the ruin of societies and devastation of civilizations, Then, we handle the concept of stability and security, and its importance, and demonstrste the fact that its achieveness is the responcibility of the entire society each by his or her specific role, and that each individual is accountable by Allah of each failure or neglect in performing that role, and moves to desplay that the interest of the stability and security of the entire society comes before the benifit of anything or anyone else, with the emphasis on the need for complience to authority, with the prohibitation of mutiny or disobedience, instead the incoragement of giving consult and guidance to authority with prayors to god for them, which increases the stringth of the nation, and we have enlisted some of the examples for proper dispelling of some suspicious matters that have been produce: by a group of misguided people that have their hearts misplaced by the rightous path. The result is that the gift of stability and security is a great blessing from Allah, and the preservation of such gift is a civic and creditial duty, and t!at blessing will not be accomplished exept with a strong state(even if that state is injust), and a strong state can only be accomplished by the obedience of god and following his commandments, and the conformity and complience to the state is derived first and foremost from the complience to the comandments of god, and if the muslim state has breached the rights of god and its citezins, they must offer guidence and prayors to the state, and extinguish all consperacies and temptations. | ||
| 520 | |a تتحدث الدراسة عن موضوع نعمة الأمن والأمان والسبيل إلى تحقيقها, فنمهد للدراسة ببيان خطورة الغلو والتطرف والآثار الناجمة عن انتشارهما في المجتمع، ليصار بعدها لبيان أن نتيجة الغلو والتطرف والفهم القاصر لخطاب الشرع هو انعدام العدل وتفشي الظلم بين الخلق إيذاناً بخراب المجتمعات ودمار الحضارات. ثم نتناول مفهوم الأمن وأهميته ونبين أن تحقيقه هو مسؤولية المجتمع بأكمله كل حسب دوره وأن الفرد محاسب أمام الله عن أي تقصير أو تهاون بهذا الدور، ونبين وجوب تقديم مصلحة أمن المجتمع على ما هو دونه من أمور مع بيان لوجوب طاعة أولياء الأمور وعدم الخروج عليهم لا بل علينا واجب النصح والدعاء لهم، وأوردنا الرد على بعض الشبهات التي يطلقها ثلة ممن ضل سعيهم فزاغت قلوبهم عن الحق. فتكون النتيجة أن الأمن والاستقرار نعمة عظيمة منَّ الله بها علينا والحفاظ عليها واجب شرعي, وأن هذه النعمة لا تتحقق إلا بدولة قوية -وإن كانت ظالمة- ولا تكون الدولة قوية إلا بطاعة ربها وطاعة الأمة لها في طاعة الله عز وجل وعند اختلال هذا الميزان من جهة الدولة المسلمة بأن تفرط في حق الله وحق الرعية فلا بد للرعية من الصبر مع النصح والاستمرار في الدعوة وإطفاء الفتن. | ||
