تناولت هذه الدراسة مسألة عمل الزوجة وراتبها، وقد بينت حقوق الزوجة المالية على زوجها في الإسلام، كما بينت مدى سلطة الزوج على عمل زوجته وراتبها، وترجح لدي أن للزوجة أن تستقل بذمتها المالية، ولها أهلية أداء كاملة، وإذا تزوج الرجل بامرأة عاملة، أو اشترطت العمل في العقد، أو إذن لها العمل بعد انتقالها إلى بيت الزوجية يعتبر قبوله تنازلاً منه عن حقه، ولا يجوز أن يمنعها من العمل إلا لمسوغات منطقية، ووفق ضوابط شرعية. كما أن راتب الزوجة لها وليس لزوجها، ولا يجوز للزوج أن يأخذ منه شيئاً، فإن رضيت الزوجة بطيب خاطرها، أن تجود بشيء من راتبها على بيتها فلها ذلك، وإن أرادت أن تتمسك بحقها، فهذا حقها، ولا يجوز للزوج أن يجبرها على إعطاء شيء، ولو فعل لكان آثماً. وإذا حصل خلاف بين الزوجين، واشتد النزاع، ووقع الشقاق حتى دبت الفرقة بينهما فمن حقها أن تتملك من الحصة في كل ما شاركت فيه الزوج من مشاريع تجارية، أو أموال منقولة وغير منقولة ما يساوي مقدار مساهمتها بمالها. هذا ما توصلت إليه من خلال الدراسة والبحث، والله أعلم.
