|a خص الله تعالى الحرمين الشريفين بمزيد من الفضل, وجعل الصلاة في مسجديهما فاضلة على بقية المساجد, ونظرا لوجود تشابه في بعض الأحكام الفقهية بين المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، ووجوه افتراق بينهما فيها, كان من المناسب بيان هذه الوجوه الاتفاق والافتراق بينهما, خدمة لهذين المسجدين الشريفين, وإطلاع المسلمين على جوانب عدة من أحكامهما, فجمعت المسائل المتشابهة في الصورة, والمختلفة في الحكم بينهما لدراستها، وبيان وجود الافتراق بينهما, فكان هذا البحث الذي يجلي هذه الجوانب.
