E governance in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is facing plenty of challenges in the different forms and the development of this field is considerable slow with compare to other developed countries. In education department of Saudi Arabia an efficient e governance system is the key issue that the country needs to deal. In Saudi Arabia, E governance is struggling field and has to face plenty of social, cultural, regional issues because of the lack of IT resources and many other problems. Likewise, education department of the country is suffering through same issues of lack of development of such e governance systems, lack of the trust of the local community on such systems, more dependencies on manual system and involvement of human factors which make the performance of the educational department of the country slow. The development of an efficient E governance system in Saudi Arabia will help to set new standards in this field alongside the development of an efficient e governance system in the region. For the rapid development of efficient utilization of Information technologies and E governance in education sector of Saudi Arabia, the development of an efficient online E governance system is a considerable issue in the country. For this purpose after making an early research in the form of primary and secondary research I gather and analyse the requirements in the support of my thesis and artefact. My project in this context will help to identify the areas of weakness in the research section from both type of research primary and secondary research as well as development of a quality application for the country full of functional requirements and good in performance. The development of artifact will based on the adoption of simple designing approach with meaningful web contents so that even non-technical people can sue this system with any problem.
