The following paper is based on the concept of Knowledge Management and its significance in the banking industry of Saudi Arabia. The relevance of knowledge management is going to be acknowledged in context of aiding in providing solutions to the problems faced by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency. There is going to be a detailed study carried out with the help of various methods, like library research, surveys through questionnaires and interview. An in depth analysis is going to be conducted of the results obtained from the different sources of information collected by using different methods of data collection. All the phases of dissertation are going to be explained with the help of six chapters and additional information in support. This research will provided valuable knowledge about the use of KM practices in the banks of Saudi Arabia and whether or not it can be helpful in combating the problems faced by the SAMA in undertaking bank inspections. |
