Marketing strategies and customers are important elements in the process of business and marketing. This research paper is about a Saudi Arabian institution “ Dar Al mehbarah” which a builder institution. The aim of this research is to examine the current situation of the institution and its services. Moreover, examine the customer satisfaction and the problems they face in terms of service quality and other service aspects. Also the paper provided a recommended marketing plan and strategy which would be fit for the institution business. The methodologies that used in the research the qualitative and the quantitative research based on samples collected from the customer base.some different recommendation have been provided that would to help the institution to improvement its saturation. |
