يعد هذا البحث جزءا من الرسالة التي تحمل العنوان التالي: الخيال الروائي والواقع الاجتماعي والسياسي في هاييتي من خير روايات (الفريسة والظل -الدمي المتحركة-الجبل المسحور -حكام الندى -حقل صانع الخزف) للروائي جاك رومان. ففي الواقع، يعد الفودو هو التعبير عن التحرر القومي في هاييتي، حيث أن الزنوج لجأوا إلى ممارسته لكي يحافظوا على حريتهم. وهذا ما سوف نزه جليا من خلال تحليل العمل الروائي لـ جاك رومان، الذي قدم لنا الفودو كنوع من الطقوس ذات الطابع السياسي والروحاني والديني. Cette recherche fait partie de la thèse intitulée L’imaginaire romanesque et le réel sociopolitique haïtien à travers La Proie et Les Fantoches-La Montagne ensorcelée-Gouverneurs de rosée-Le Champ du potier de Jacques Roumain. En fait, le vaudou peut être considéré comme l’expression du marronnage national, dans la mesure où les Nègres ont y recours afin de sauvegarder leur liberté. Dans l’œuvre romanesque de Jacques Roumain, nous trouvons que le vaudou se présente comme culte politico-spirituo-religieux. This search is part of the dissertation titled: Fiction imagination and social and political realities in Haiti through novels (The prey and the shadow, the animated dolls, the enchanted mountain, rulers of dew, field of porcelain Maker) by the novelist Jacques Roman. In fact, Voodoo is the expression of national liberation in Haiti, where Negroes resorted to its practice in order to preserve their freedom. That is appearing through the analysis of the novelist Jacques Roman, who gave us Voodoo as a kind of rituals with political, spiritual and religious character.
