هذه الدراسة هي محاولة لتوضيح معنى العدل والجزئيات المتعلقة به وذلك من حيث تعريفه وبعض أنواعه، كالعدل مع الزوجة والابناء والعدل مع الدواب، والعدل في الاقوال والافعال والشهادة والاخبار والاوامر والنواهي، وكذا في المواريث والقصاص والقضاء، وبيان ثمراته، ثم تناولت الدراسة بعض أحكام الشورى من حيث التعريف والشروط، والفرق بينها وبين الديمقراطية وكذا حكمها عند فقهاء الامة الإسلامية، وأخيرا ثمرات هذه الشورى، وتأتي أهمية هذا الموضوع انه يتعلق بمسالتين هامتين في حياة المسلم وهما العدل والشورى، لان بالعدل يأتي الاستقرار والطمأنينة وبه يعطي كل ذي حق حقه، ويكفي ان السماوات والأرض قامت على العدل، كما ان للشورى أهمية قصوى تكمن في تجنب الأخطاء التي يمكن للفرد الذي لا يستشير الاخرين ارتكابها، وبها تتقدم الأمم وتتفادى المخاطر، واختتم البحث بخاتمة والتي اشتملت على اهم النتائج والتوصيات، فمن النتائج على سبيل المثال: 1/ من العدل معاملة اهل الكتاب ورعايا الدولة من غير المسلمين بصيانة حقوقهم وكفالة حرياتهم دون تعد للحدود والحقوق. 2/ توفر الشورى المناخ الملائم للتعبير عن الرؤى وتقديم المقترحات التي من خلالها يستطيع الفرد والمجتمع الاسهام بآرائهم فيما يهم مجتمعهم، وبذلك تتحقق وحدة المجتمع وتماسكه، وتتقارب أفكار الناس وتجتمع رؤاهم على ما يحقق المصلحة والانسجام والوحدة.
This study is an attempt to clarify the meaning of justice and portions related to it in terms of the definition and some of its types, as justice with the wife , children, animals, words, deeds and martyrdom, news, and do's and don'ts, as well as in inheritance, retribution, judgment, and the statement of its benefits. The study examined some of provisions of the shura in terms of definition, conditions, the difference between them and democracy as well as its judgment among the scholars of the Islamic nation, and finally the fruits of this shura. The importance of this issue is that it relates to two important issues in the life of a Muslim, namely justice and shura, because the stability, peace of mind and rights come with justice. It is enough that the heavens and earth was built on justice. Shura is of utmost importance lies in avoiding errors that can be committed by an individual who does not consult others. The nations progress and avoid risks by the shura. The research concluded with a conclusion, which included the most important findings and recommendations, for example: 1 / fair treatment of Jews, Christians and non-Muslims through the protection of their rights and ensuring their freedoms without an assault on limits and rights. 2 / Shura provides an appropriate climate to express views and make proposals through which the individual and the community can contribute their opinions in matters of their community, and thus achieve the unity of society and cohesion, converge people's ideas and their visions meet on what achieves interest, harmony and unity. \
