|d Cette étude vient de mettre en évidence la nécessité d'appliquer des outils de contrôle de gestion modernes, en particulier dans les entreprises algériennes en vue des changements qui ont lieu dans l’environnement. Donc elle doit activer le rôle de ces outils dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi de la mise en œuvre du plan stratégique pour améliorer sa performance, Pour atteindre l'objectif de l'étude, nous avons essayé d'abord d'identifier l'étendue de l'utilisation de l'institution publique algérienne d'outils modernes de contrôle de gestion Ensuite, nous avons étudié comment il se rapporte à l'orientation stratégique Grâce à une étude de terrain au niveaux de NAFTAL .

|f This study comes to highlight the need to apply modern management control tools, particularly in Algerian institutions, due to the changes taking place in the ocean and its flexibility and instability. It is necessary to activate its role in implementing and monitoring the implementation of strategic plans in order to improve the performance of these institutions.
