المستخلص: The grand Touat (Adar) is known for its geographic space, which has made it a fertile place for the socio-cultural diversity and the many and profound ethnic manifestations that the Saharawi actor combines with all the social norms of the values, habits and societal mentality ... and others.
Not to mention the institutional orientations such as the "Zawiya" institution, which has an inherent role in the community of Touati (the community of Adrar), which played a prominent role in creating cultural behaviors and instilling patterns of social interaction in society as a whole. This created a model, in which the man who is from Touat embodied, where it follows in accordance with the standardized valuable style according to the principles required by the philosophy of Zawiya institution. This pattern is positive and not positive (it is open to both sides).
Just as it would unify the social act and create harmony and general affinity, it would also be a brake on the horizon of behavioral change in accordance with the requirements of cultural change from which any society was not separated.
Naturally, the latter the "Zawiya" has means from which the strength of its influence is derived, including the representation of the religious dimension and socialization, the creation of a defensive human base formerly established with the same institutional thought of the "Zawia" ... and many other pillars of cultural consolidation.

Toaut qui se situe dans le sud-ouest d'Algérie présente un foyer culturel multiple se manifestant dans ces différents groupes culturels qui réfléchirent dans le comportement des individus. ce dernier est influe par les établissement sociales qui le conduisent tel Zawia qui sert à mettre les comportement social des individus de cette région comme un seul genre ce qui n est pas marché à la logique ni positivement ni négativement et a partir de cet article on va expliquer la relation entre ces notion dans l'environnement d'sahara avec ses spécificités

تعرف توات الكبرى (أدرار) بتربعها على مساحة جغرافية مترامية، مما جعلها مكانا خصبا للتنوع السوسيو- ثقافي والتجليات الإثنية الكثيرة والعميقة، التي يجمعها تقاسيم الفاعل الصحراوي بكل ما يحمله من موجهات الفعل الاجتماعي من قيم وعادات وذهنية مجتمعية... وغيرها.
ناهيك عن الموجهات المؤسسية كمؤسسة "الزاوية" التي لها باع متأصل في المجتمع التواتي (الأدراري) والتي كان لها دور بارز في خلق سلوكيات ثقافية وتكريس أنماط من التعامل الاجتماعي في المجتمع برمته، الأمر الذي خلق نموذجا يتجسد فيه الرجل التواتي حيث فيه تترتب وفق نسق قيمي منمط وفق المبادئ المرادة بفلسفة مؤسسة الزاوية، هذا التنميط الذي يكون فيه من الإيجابية ومن غير الإيجابية (فهو منفتح على الوجهتين).
فكما من شأنه أن يوحد الفعل الاجتماعي ويخلق الانسجام والألفة العامة، من شأنه أيضا أن يكون كابحا لأفق التغير السلوكي وفق متطلبات التغير الحضاري الذي لا ينفك منه أي مجتمع كان.
وبطبيعة الحال نجد أن لهذه الأخيرة "الزاوية" وسائل تستمد منها قوة نفوذها نذكر منها التمثل بالبعد الديني، الالتحام بالتنشئة الاجتماعية، خلق قاعدة بشرية دفاعية منمطة سابقا بذات الفكر المؤسسي للزاوية... وغيرها كثير من أعمدة الإرساء الثقافي.
