المستخلص: The desert city or the so-called cities of the south in our country have been closed for so long by the provision of the customs and traditions that the society has established in these cities as well as the customs it operates. However, the stream development in the modern world has imposed a new reality that has made the desert city open to others without conditions or restrictions, like the late states. This unconditional openness has led to a social transformation that is different from that of the former cities, where the features of change in the urban character and social structure that are fundamentally related to different relationships, customs and even beliefs have begun to emerge.
Keeping pace with the desert city of the urbanization, made it move voluntarily from a closed social past to a present that interacts with the concept of modernization that has given the society a different stereotype of life. It is also manifested in the emergence of new behaviors and practices that have brought about a quantum leap in the characteristics of the original society that has been suffering from conflicts between old and modern. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt to the urban nature and end with the simplest social behavior can occur with the break with what is customary.
Through this intervention, we will try to demonstrate the manifestation of social change, which continues the process of urbanization in the desert city. We will also clarify the various effects of this change and how it contributed to changing the city's features in letter and spirit.

Les villes de la Sahara sont soi-disant "villes du Sud" dans notre pays se sont renfermées pour une longue période de temps, en vertu des coutumes et traditions par lesquelles la communauté dans les villes s'est élevée, ainsi que les normes qui les régissent, mais la tendance du développement dans le monde contemporain à imposer une nouvelle réalité qui a poussé la ville de la Sahara à s'ouvrir au monde sans conditions ni restrictions, tout comme les pays en retard, cette ouverture inconditionnelle conduit à une transformation sociale différente de ce qu'était auparavant ces villes, où ont commencé à apparaitre les caractéristiques du changement dans le caractère urbain et la structure sociale associée principalement à diverses relations et traditions et même aux croyances.
Maintenir la ville du désert le rythme de l'urbanisation, l'a fait évoluer volontairement d'un passé social fermé a un présent qui interagit avec le concept de la modernité, qui a valu à la communauté un style de vie différent se manifestant dans l'émergence de nouveaux comportements et pratiques, qui ont provoqué un saut qualitatif dans les traits de la société d'origine qui est devenu la victime d'une souffrance de manifestations de conflit entre ce qui est ancien hérité et moderne à qui on doit s'habituer, en commençant par le caractère urbain et se terminant avec le plus simple des comportements sociaux qui peuvent produire la rupture avec ce qui est coutumier.


ظلت المدينة الصحراوية أو ما اصطلح عليها بمدن الجنوب في بلادنا منغلقة على ذاتها ردحا من الزمن بحكـم العـادات والتقاليد التي نشأ عليها المجتمع في تلك المدن وكذا الأعراف التي تسيرها، غير أن تيار التطور في العالم المعاصر فرض واقعا جديدا جعل المدينة الصحراوية تنفتح على غيرها دون شروط أو قيود، شأنها في ذلك شأن الدول المتأخرة وقد أدى هذا الانفتـاح اللا مشروط إلى حدوث تحول اجتماعي مغاير عما كانت عليه هذه المدن سابقا حيث بدأت تظهر ملامح التغيير في الطابع العمراني والبنية الاجتماعية المرتبطة أساسا بمختلف العلاقات والعادات وحتى المعتقدات.
فمسايرة المدينة الصحراوية لوتيرة التحضر جعلها تنتقل طواعية من ماض اجتماعي منغلق إلى حاضر يتفاعل مع مفهوم العصرنة التي أكسبت المجتمع نمطية مغايرة في الحياة تجلت في ظهور سلوكات وممارسات جديدة أحدثت نقلة نوعية في سـمات المجتمع الأصل الذي أضحى يعاني من مظاهر صراع بين ما هو قديم متوارث وحديث يجب التأقلم معه بدأ بالطابع العمرانـي وانتهاء بأبسط سلوك اجتماعي يمكنه أن يحدث القطيعة مع ما هو متعارف عليه.
وسنحاول من خلال هذه المداخلة التي نعتزم المشاركة بها في فعاليات مؤتمركم العلمي أن نبين مظاهر التغير الاجتماعي الذي ساير عملية التحضر في المدينة الصحراوية، كما سنعمل على توضيح مختلف الآثار الناجمة عن هذا التغيـر وكيـف أنهـا أسهمت في تغيير ملامح المدينة شكلا ومضمونا.
