|a تعاني الأسرة المصرية بحلايب وشلاتين من تحديات خطيرة تغيب عن حكومة الدولة المصرية وتهملها، تم رصدها من خلال الزيارات الميدانية للمنطقة والتي تمثل بوابة مصر الجنوبية، وتقطنها عشائر بدوية متمثلة في قبائل العبابدة والبشارية، وهما فرعان من قبيلة البجا - ليتناول بالوصف والتحليل والتفسير التحولات الأسرية وتحدياتها المعاصرة التي تعاني منها داخل المجتمع الصحراوي الحدودي، وذلك من خلال دراسة النسق الإيكولوجي وعلاقته بتكوين الأسرة وتحولاتها المعاصرة، ودور المجتمع المدني في تثقيف الأسرة ورعايتها، مع تتبع العلاقات المتبادلة بين الأسرة والبيئة العامة بهدف رصد المشكلات الاجتماعية المتصلة بالأسرة بكافة أفرادها نحو التوصل لعلاجها في إطار نظري ورصد ميداني يقوم به الباحث، حيث أن المجتمع – موضوع الدراسة – قد تميز بالعزلة النسبية عن واقع المجتمع المصري لبعد المسافة والتكوين العرقي والتجذر القبلي. وسوف يتضمن الإطار النظري لهذا البحث؛ الفكر الاجتماعي للأسرة بحلايب وشلاتين بين الماضي والحاضر، دور الدولة المصرية ومجتمعها المدني بين الاهتمام والنسيان، ومدي تأثير ذلك على الأسرة وتفككها وإصابتها بالعديد من المشكلات والعقبات

|f The Egyptian family in Halayeb and Shalateen suffers from serious challenges that are absent from the government of the Egyptian state and neglected by it. They were monitored through field visits to the region, which represent the southern gate of Egypt, and are inhabited by nomadic tribes represented by the tribes of Al-Ababedah and Al-Basharya. The are two branches of AlBeja tribe - to describe, analyze and interpret the family transformations and contemporary challenges that they suffer within the border desert society, through the study of the ecological pattern and its relationship to the composition of the family and its contemporary transformations. Moreover, it discussed the role of the civil society in the education and care of the family, while tracking the interrelationship between the family and the general environment, in order to monitor the social problems related to the family with all its members towards the treatment in a theoretical framework and field monitoring carried out by the researcher. As the community - the subject of the study - is characterized by the relative isolation from the reality of the Egyptian society, due to the distance and the ethnic composition and deep-rooted tribal. The theoretical framework of this research will include the social thought of the family in Halayeb and Shalateen between the past and the present, the role of the Egyptian state and its civil society between attention and forgetfulness, and how this affects the family and its disintegration and making it suffers from many problems and obstacles.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
