|f The scourge of juvenile delinquency has worsened in Algeria, like other countries in the world. It called for the attention of specialists in all fields to limit its spread and prevent it, as it is a severe problem affecting a group that is considered to be the future of the nation and its base. This article is, therefore aimed at highlighting juvenile delinquency by exposing the mechanisms that are involved in the generation of delinquent behaviour and contributing to its development. In doing so, we will try to link the socio-psychological and clinical analytical concepts in a socio psychodynamic approach. |a استفحلت آفة جنوح الأحداث في الجزائر كغيرها من دول العالم، واستدعت اهتمام المختصين في كل المجالات للحد من انتشارها والوقاية منها باعتبارها مشكلة بالغة تمس فئة تعتبر مستقبل الأمة وعمادها، ولهذا جاء هذا المقال لتسليط الضوء علـى جنوح الأحداث، من خلال الكشف على الآليات المتدخلة في تولد السلوك الجانح والمساهمة في تبلوره، محاولين في ذلك الربط بين المفاهيم الاجتماعية النفسية والعيادية التحليلية في مقاربة سوسيوسيكودينامية، وهذا ما قد يساهم في فهم الظاهرة ووضع الخطـط العلاجية والوقائية الناجعة.

|d La délinquance juvénile est un fléau qui s’est rependu en Algérie et qui a sollicité l'attention des spécialistes dans tous les domaines, afin de traiter et prévenir ce phénomène si important, car il affecte l'avenir du pays en touchant le pilier de la société qui sont ses jeunes. Cet article vise à relever les mécanismes intervenants dans la génération du comportement délinquant et à son élaboration, en essayant de lier entre les concepts psychologiques cliniques et sociaux dans une approche Sociopsycho -dynamique, qui peut contribuer à la compréhension de ce phénomène et ensuite à la proposition des programmes thérapeutiques et préventifs efficaces.
