المستخلص: The science of moratorium (Wagf -stopping) and starting Ibtida - starting) is a great science of Quran; it is used to help in understanding the Qur'an and dive into its treasures, appears to the listener meditator and the reader minded meanings to the fullest and faces the most well, and most nearest gnomic for self saying, and the meanings of the Arabs language, scientists of Wagf and Ibtida science depends on putting Wagf marks and customized it in details, and clarify its aspects based on the consideration of the verses meanings, which is a science that interprets the object of the Quranic meanings; it meant a statement endowment positions to take into account the reader meanings to stand in and starts as required by the meaning and pronunciation on, the research in this field have two respects; the possible to stop or non-stop, and how; that is, how to stop at the word, that is the research field, tracking of the quran and extrapolation of the doctrines of the readers on how to stop them on the word, whether it stood of choose, emergency, waiting or optionally; because the moratorium on the end of the word includes all of these types, the ten readers have a different reading that their readings become in differed, some of them give moratorium at the end of the word last characters to change the last letter of the word , some of them deleted, some of them joint and some of them diphthong and some are run and so on, all of which are true and came by inherit and frequently from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him expanding and facilitating to the nation, through this the researcher aimes the following: - help to Renaissance in science readings.- Awareness by the importance of the moratorium in reciting the Book of Allah in General, and private readings students in particular. - Clarifying the moratorium modes on the floor in the ten readings; so the reader knows what is right thereby acting it, and bypass the error.

إن علم الوقف والابتداء من أجلِّ علوم الكتاب الحكيم؛ لأنه يستعان به على فهم القرآن والغوص في كنوزه، فتظهر للسامع المتأمل والقارئ المتدبر المعاني على أكمل وجوهها وأصحها، وأقربها لمأثور التفسير، ومعاني لغة العرب، واعتماد علماء الوقف والابتداء في وضع علامات الوقوف وتفصيلها، وبيان وجوهها، مبني على النظر في معاني الآيات، وهو من العلوم التي تفسر بها وجوه المعاني القرآنية؛ إذ المقصود منه بيان مواضع الوقف بحيث يراعي القارئ المعاني فيقف ويبتدئ على حسب ما يقتضيه المعنى واللفظ، والبحث في هذا المجال يتعلق من جهتين؛ من جهة الجواز والعدم، ومن جهة الكيفية؛ أي كيفية الوقف على الكلمة، وهو مجال هذا البحث، التتبع واستقراء مذاهب القراء في كيفية وقفهم على الكلمة، سواء كان وقفًا اختياريًا أو اضطراريًا، أو انتظاريًا أو اختياريًا، والوقف على آخر الكلمة يشمل كل هذه الأنواع، والقراء العشرة في ذلك تعددت قراءتهم واختلفت، فمنهم من يقف بالإبدال آخر الكلمة حرفًا آخر، ومنهم من يحذف، ومنهم من يدغم، ومنهم من يميل، وكل ذلك صحيح، ووارد ومتواتر عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم توسعة وتسهيلًا للأمة، ومن خلال السطور يهدف الباحث إلى الآتي: الإسهام في نهضة علم القراءات، التبصير بأهمية الوقف في تلاوة كتاب الله تعالى للناس عامة، ولطلاب القراءات خاصة، بيان كيفيات الوقف على الكلمة في القراءات العشر؛ كي يعرف القارئ لهذه القراءات الصواب فيعمل به، ويجتنب الخطأ.
