المستخلص: تتناول هذه الدراسة منهج الإمام ابن العربي في استنباط الأحكام من خلال كتابه أحكام القرآن، وقد اتبع الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي التاريخي، وقد عرف الباحث بالإمام ابن العربي وبكتابه أحكام القرآن، كما عرف بأهمية علم الأحكام وأشهر المصنفات فيه، وبين منهج المؤلف في الكتاب وطريقة تبويبه وتقسيمه. ومن النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: أن الإمام ابن العربي أبرز من درس آيات الأحكام وتميز بعرضه الفريد لها وبقدرته على الاستنباط وتبحره في الأصول والفروع وإلمامه بالتفسير من جميع نواحيه وقد شهد له بذلك أئمة الفقه، تعرض ابن العربي لتفسير آيات الأحكام في جميع سور القرآن وفق ترتيبها وتقسيمها، اعتمد في كتابه على المصادر الأساسية لعلم التفسير كالقرآن والسنة النبوية، واللغة وعلومها، والمباحث الأصولية والقواعد الفقهية، وعلوم القرآن، وغيرها من المباحث المهمة في هذا الجانب.

This study discusses the approach adopted by Imam Ibn al-Arabi in deriving rulings through his book "Rulings of the Qur'an." The researcher followed the historical and descriptive methods in this researcher. He introduced Imam Ibn al-Arabi and his book the "Rulings of the Qur'an." He further explained the importance of the science of rulings and the notable works in it. The researcher then presented the author's approach in the book and the way it is arranged and divided into chapters. The study findings showed that Imam Ibn Al-Arabi is prominent among the readers of the verses of rulings. He is distinguished by his unique presentation of the verses of rulings and his ability to derive and in-depth knowledge of the origins and branches and his knowledge of interpretation in all its aspects. This has been testified by the imams of the jurisprudence. Ibn al-Arabi interpreted the verses of the rulings in all the Quranic chapters according to their order and division. In his book, he relied on the basic sources of interpretation, i.e., the Qur'an and Sunnah, the language and its sciences, principle discussions and jurisprudence rules, Qur'anic sciences, and other important discussions in this regard.
