يتناول البحث إبطال الافتراءات حول ميراث المرأة في الإسلام، كواحدة من الدعائم المهمة التي يرتكز عليها أعداء الإسلام من الكفرة والملحدين وأذنابهم الذين يتباكون علي ضياع ما سموه بحقوق الإنسان في دين الإسلام العظيم، خاصة ما يتعلق بالمرأة وما يصيبها فيه من إهدار لحقوقها، وظلم فادح لها كما يزعمون ولذلك وجهوا أكثر سهامهم إلي الإسلام من جهة المرأة، ونصيبها في الميراث، ولجهلهم تمسكوا ببعض نصوص القرآن الكريم لتأكيد ما ذهبوا إليه، دون دراسة متأنية وفهم عميق لميراث المرأة في الإسلام شأن كل الحاقدين عليه، والبحث فند كل افتراءاتهم وأثبت بالأدلة القاطعة والبراهين الساطعة وبالمقارنة مع نظم البشر جميعا علي وجه الأرض قديما وحديثا أن نظام الإسلام هو الأعدل والأرفق والأكثر تحقيقا لمصالح البشر الذكور والإناث علي حد سواء، مع إيراد أمثلة من علم الميراث في الإسلام تدل دلالة قاطعة علي بطلان مزاعم الكفرة والملحدين حول ميراث المرأة، إذ بين أن ميراثها في الإسلام ليس علي نمط واحد فقط، فمرة ترث، وأخري لا ترث، وفي أخري تأخذ أقل من الرجل وفي أخري تساويه وتارة تأخذ أكثر منه وأخري تأخذ مثل حظ الذكرين وفي بعض الحالات ترث هي ولا يرث الرجل.
The objective of this study is to refute the cardinal claims and lies about women's portion of inheritance in Islam. This one of the important issues upon which the enemies of Islam (non-believers, haters and their followers rely and count on as a pillar. These hypocrites claim that they protect human rights and that Moslem women have undergone oppression, cruelty and injustice and have been denied the basic human rights. It is noticeable the enemies try to exploit women's portion of inheritance in Islam law, to achieve their evil goals. They tried to confirm their views with aims conception and wrong interpretation of some of the holy Quranic verses. They did not carry out a deep study nor did they give a close examination of the correct Islamic concept concerning Islamic law of inheritance ( a view full of malice). The study examines and refutes these claims and lies with conclusive evidence. Compared to the whole mankind's systems on earth, that Islamic law has best combined women's rights in a comprehensive and balanced system of human rights, obligations and responsibilities. Thus, the Islamic system has been the best in terms of kindness, justice, equality and human interests. The Study provides examples explaining the Islamic law of inheritance with regard to women's portion. In general, women's portion of inheritance compared to that of men takes one of the following forms: • A woman never shares a portion of inheritance . • Men and women enjoy equal portion of inheritance . • A woman's portion exceeds that of man. • Women's portion is less than that of a man . • Women's portion is double that of a man .
