المستخلص: يعد "اللجوء السوري من أسوأ الكوارث الإنسانية في القرن الحالي"، وتداعياته كثيرة ومتنوعة، منها: أمنية: بارتباط أفراد سوريين ومجموعات سورية لاجئة بجماعات متطرفة في سوريا، وتطرف عناصر ومجموعات لاجئة، وتنفيذها عمليات إرهابية داخل الدول المضيفة، أو انطلاقا منها. اقتصادية: تمثلت في التراجع الحاد للتبادل التجاري مع سوريا، بل توقفه مع كثير من الدول، والتضخم الناتج عن وجود أعداد كبيرة من السوريين في دول الجوار المقارنة بعدد السكان. اجتماعية: من خلال استقطابات مذهبية وعرقية داخل دول الجوار، واندماج كتل بشرية وافدة داخل المجتمعات المضيفة، وهذا يسبب تغيرات اجتماعية في التركيبة السكانية. إضافة إلى التسبب في خلل ديموغرافي مذهبي في البلدان الصغيرة ذات الحساسية الطائفية، كلبنان.

The "Syrian refugee issue is one of the worst humanitarian disasters in this century." It has many and varied repercussions. On the security front: The association of Syrian refugee individuals and groups with extremist groups in Syria and the extremism of refugee individuals and groups and their execution of terrorist operations within or from the host countries. Economically: sharp decline of trade with Syria and trade suspension with many countries as well as the inflation resulting from the large numbers of Syrian refugees in comparison with the local population. Socially: sectarian and ethnic polarization in neighboring countries and the integration of immigrant groups within the host communities resulting in social changes in demographics which instigates sectarian demographic instability in the small sectarian vulnerable countries like Lebanon. According to United Nations statistics dated 24.04.2015 there were 1.196 million Syrian refugees has been registered in Lebanon during the period extending from 2011 to 2014. Syrian refugees in Lebanon suffer from a range of problems: 1. Legal problems 2. Accommodation and associated problems 3. Health problems 4. Living problems The number of Syrian refugees in Turkey reached 1758000 refugees until 2015 part of them resides in 21 equipped camps; the most famous of them is the Syrian refugee camp in Urfa. In Egypt the number of Syrian refugees has decreased following the overthrow of President Mohamed Morsi. Their number currently is about 250000 refugees. Special repercussions for the refugee issue In Lebanon Hezbollah’s participation in fighting has caused a major crisis. In Jordan there are restrictions on refugees' ability to move for reasons related to the security of the Kingdom. In Turkey the problem of the Kurdish issue in a pivotal issue for Turkey. In addition to the feeling of large segments of the Turks that their government has provided the refugees with more than it can afford. The solution for the refugee issue is ending the Syrian crisis the establishment of safe areas absorption of immigrants within the countries of refuge and expanding immigration to Europe and America.
