المستخلص: تناقش هذه الورقة خطوط الصراع القادم في الشرق الأوسط، منطلقة من أن الحالة الصراعية تمثل امتدادا لتفاعل متناقضات المنطقة المبنية على أساس) هوياتي( مخترع، جعلها عرضة دوما للهشاشة والتفاعل، مع إخفاق في شرعية نظمه السياسية، وتمثل حالتا العراق وسوريا أبرز الحالات بين دول المنطقة، وأكثرها تعبيرا عن هذا التفاعل، إذ سرعان ما تداعت منظومة الدولة، لتحل محلها فعليا سلطة الجماعات العرقية والطائفية، حتى غدت إعادة تشكيل خرائط البلدين على أساس إثني أحد المسلمات المرتقبة. وترى الورقة أن صراع الجماعات الإثنية المختلفة سيولّد خطوطًا جديدة للصراع، لا تشمل العراق وسوريا فحسب، بل تمتد لتشمل المنطقة كلها.

The current conflicting situation in the Middle East is an extension of the interaction between the regional contradictions - based on an artificial identity that makes it always fragile- with the failure of the regional regimes’ legitimacy and national integration of different components. As such these events prevent the national integration of the region’s various actors. Iraq and Syria are the most prominent cases among countries in the region، and the main representatives of such interaction، as state system in both of them quickly has fallen apart and is replaced virtually by the authority of ethnic and sectarian groups. Thus، the reconfiguration of the two countries’ political maps on ethnic basis has become a prospective assumption. The paper attempts to address areas and lines that will represent the new lines of conflict and focuses on the core of conflict in the region، namely Iraq and Syria. Moreover it discusses the implications on both regional and global security.
