|a نتيجة للظلم والحكم الجائر الذي ساد الدول العربية، شهدت منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا منذ نهاية سنة 2010 حركات إحتجاجية سميت بالثورات العربية أو الربيع العربي، بدأت في تونس لتمتدّ بعد ذلك إلى أكثر من بلد، والتي دعت إلى تغيير جذري في أنظمة الحكم وإلى تحول ديمقراطي يسوده احترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامة. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز إنعكاسات الثورات العربية على حقوق الإنسان في الوطن العربي.

|d L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier l’impact du printemps arabe sur les droits de l’homme dans le monde arabe. Puisque les changements politiques qui ont touché le nord d’Afrique et le Moyen-Orient depuis l’année 2011, autrement appelés «révolutions arabes» ou «printemps arabe», ont suscité de nombreux espoirs et d’abondants commentaires quant à l’imminence et à la nécessité d’une transition vers des formes d’état démocratique.

|f As a result of the injustice and unjust governance that has prevailed in the Arab countries, the Middle East and North Africa region has witnessed protests termed as the Arab revolutions or the Arab Spring since the end of 2010, which began in Tunisia and then extended to more than one country, which called for a radical change in the systems of government and for a democratic transition in which respect for human rights and public freedoms prevail.
