This study aimed to identify the Mekkan and Madinian science, as one of Sciences that serve the Holy Koran, and what the is impact of this science to guide the meaning according to Imam Ibn Guzay al-Kalbi in his interpretation, through induction of the book of Ettashil li’olom Ettanzil. The researcher Followed the inductive analytical approach. The researcher has come across a number of results, including: a statement of interest in the efforts of scientists with the knowledge of Mekkan and Madinian science, and how to take advantage of it in inference and deduction. And how to apply this knowledge to guide the meanings of the verses that may experience problematic areas of interpretation, showing that interest in this science leads to the solution of many problems in interpretation, and that this science gives a new expansion of the spread of the Holy Quran and science related to it. The study recommends the need to tackle the science of the Holy Koran, without which people may find it difficult to understand the science of the Holy Quran, and from these sciences the Mekkan and Madinian, which hook over the Qur'an. Finally, the study recommends the need to pay attention to what has been done by the previous greatest scholars for the sake of the Holy Qur'an service.
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بعلم المكي والمدني، وأثره في توجيه المعني عند الإمام ابن جزي الكلبي في تفسيره، من خلال الاستقرار في كتاب التسهيل لعلوم التنزيل. واستخدم الباحث فيه المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي وتوصل إلى عدد من النتائج منها: بيان جهود العلماء في الاهتمام بعلم المكي والمدني، وكيفية الاستفادة منه في الاستدلال والاستنباط. وكيفية تطبيق هذا العلم في توجيه المعاني للآيات التي قد يظهر فيها الإشكال، وتبين أن الاهتمام بهذا العلم أدي إلي حل كثير مما اشكل تفسيره، وأن الاهتمام بهذا العلم يعطي مداً جديداً لانتشار القرآن الكريم والعلوم المتعلقة به. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة الإقبال علي علوم القرآن الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بما قام به السلف من أعمال جليلة في خدمة القرآن الكريم.
