يهدف البحث إلى خفض الجناح وتأكيد مرور المعاملة مع الناس والتدرج مع أهل الغلطة اتقاء شرهم، كما يهدف إلى عدم مجاملة أهل الباطل فيما يحبون خوفاً منهم أو رغبة فيما لديهم وأنه لابد من تقديم النصح لهم. فالمداراة عبارة عن الملاطفة، وحسن المعاشرة مع الناس اتقاء شرهم، وهي من أخلاق المؤمنين وتعني خفض الجناح للناس، إذن المداراة إظهار الحسن في مقابلة القبيح لاستدعاء الحسن مع سلامة الدين وللمدارة شروط، وحكمها الشرعي أنها مستحبة، ولها نماذج في كتاب الله وسنة نبيه صلي الله عليه وسلم. والمداهنة معاملة الناس بما يحبون من القول والفعل، والثناء عليهم بما ليس فيهم، ولو كانوا على باطل، وتحمل بين طياتها معني التزلف طلبا لرفعة أو مكانة أو رضا مرغوب أو مرهوب، فهي بذل الدين لصلاح الدنيا وهي من الدهان الذي يظهر على الشيء ويستر باطنه، وهي ترك ما يجب لله من الغيرة والأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر، أي المعاشرة والاستئناس مع وجود المنكر، وحكمها الشرعي أنها محرمة. وأهم نتائج البحث تحلي المجتمع بمكارم الأخلاق والإعراض عن أهل الجهل والأهواء ومداراتهم وعدم مجاملة المخطئ وتقدم النصح له. كما توصي الدراسة بالرجوع إلي سنة النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم والاقتداء بأفعاله وأقواله في التعامل مع البشر.
The study aims to express and apply the concept of "Almodarata" it means to be soft and smooth with some people who are nod tough in order to be secured of their evil, it also aims to face the evil people and not to ignore their deed. In order to keep good relation with them and we should advice them of their bad deeds. So modarat is a type of good communication with some people to be to be secure of their bad actions it is kind of good morality of real believers, it also means to make wings lower or to forgive , so it means to appear good dealing against bad one in sake of Receiving good dealing with being sure of keeping the religion safe, it is preferable. Modart has some samples in holly Quran and Sauna. Modahana means to deal with people by what they like verbally and actionably and to thank them by telling lie, even they are not telling truth in sake of having high position or service, so it is paying of religious principles to gain benefits in life so it is like paints that cover the external part and of something . It is considered as leafing for the required jelious for Allah and Islam duties and for bidders to be normal with the presence of wrong actions this considered from Islamic Point, of view. This study uses the descriptive analytical method the most impotent results is to make the society commit to the good morals by using modart and not normalize relations with wrong people and advice them. The study ask people to apply Sauna of our prophet Mohammed in actionably and verbally.
