يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم برنامج تأهيلي مقترح لتنمية التحكم القوامي المصاحب لاصطكاك الركبتين للمعاقين بصرياً بمركز الطب الطبيعي "الصباح" بدولة الكويت، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي على عينة قوامها (10) معاقين بصرياً، ومن أدوات جمع البيانات القياسات المورفولوجية والبدنية والقوامية، البرنامج التأهيلي المقترح (10) أسابيع، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن الآتي: 1- حقق البرنامج التأهيلي المقترح تحسناً جوهرياً في متغيرات التحكم القوامي في مركز الثقل. 2- حقق البرنامج التأهيلي المقترح تحسناً في متغيرات اصطكاك الركبتين. 3- أدى البرنامج التأهيلي المقترح تحسن في قياسات متغيرات التوازن الثابت والحركي والقوة القصوى الثابتة لعضلات الطرف السفلى. 4- وجود نسب تحسن عالية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في كل من اصطكاك الركبتين- زاوية قوس القدم اليمنى واليسرى- التحكم القوامي في مركز الثقل- التوازن الثابت والحركي- القوة القصوى الثابتة لعضلات الطرف السفلي لصالح القياس البعدي.

A high improvement between the two measurements pre and post in both knees chatter ratios - Angle right foot and the left arc - Strength of control of the center of gravity - a hard balance and Aharky- fixed maximum strength to the muscles of the lower limb for post¬-measurement.
