المستخلص: لقد عانت افريقيا كثير من ويلات الاستعمار الذى سعي علي استغلال مواردها المتميزة والمتعددة لدعم مشاريع التنمية في دوله وحولها الى دول متفرقة تعاني العجز والفقر والاقتصاديات المنهارة، ولكن بمثابرة الدول الأفريقية وجدها واجتهادها تمكنت هذه الدول بعد الجهود المضنية المتعدة أن تتمكن من وضع أسس قوية للانطلاق إلي الامام بعد الكثير من الملتقيات والمحاور والتجمعات لتصل أخيرا لترسيم خارطة طريق جديدة توحد هذه الجهود المتناثرة لتعقد العزم لصينغة جديدة تشهدها شرم الشيخ بدولة مصر الفتية لتخاطب العالم بصوت جهوري معلنة تجاوزها لتاريخ الفرقة والشتات لتنتظم في تجمع اقتصادي ضخم ليستشرف مستقبل يؤسس لتحقيق تكامل إقتصادى طموح يبشر بعملة موحدة وتجمع تجارى ضخم وتنمية اقتصادية مستدامة ويخاطب العالم أجمع لإحداث شراكات متعددة تشمل دول الخليج العربي والاتحاد الأوروبي وتجمعات الدول الأسيوية وأمريكا وغيرها ومن ثم ينخرط وفق نسق مرتب مع مؤسسات العالم أجمع وعلي رأسها منظمة التجارة العالمية وغيرها.

Africa has suffered many of the scourges of colonialism, which sought to exploit its distinct and numerous resources to support development projects in its countries and turned it into isolated countries suffering from deficits, poverty and collapsed economies. However, with the perseverance, diligence, and hard work of the African countries, these countries have managed, after many strenuous efforts, to lay strong foundations to move forward after many forums, discussions, and gatherings to finally reach the drawing up of a new road map that unites these scattered efforts to resolve a new form witnessed by Sharm El Sheikh in the young state of Egypt to address the world in a strong and loud voice. This voice went beyond the history of the division and the scattered population to organize in a substantial economic grouping to look forward to a future that would establish an ambitious economic integration that heralds a unified currency, a considerable trade grouping, and sustainable economic development and addresses the whole world to create multiple partnerships. It includes the Arab Gulf countries, the European Union, Asian countries, America, and others. It then engages in an orderly manner with the institutions of the whole world, especially the World Trade Organization and others.
