|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية للمديرين وأثرها في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي من وجهة نظر العاملين في المحافظات التابعة لإمارة مكة المكرمة، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدام الباحث استبانة لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة، والتي بلغ تعدادها (318) مفردة، استخدمت الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بياناتها، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: ارتفاع المتوسط العام لأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية (الخصائص الإدارية، الخصائص الشخصية، والخصائص المتعلقة بالعلاقات الإنسانية)، هذا إلى جانب ارتفاع المتوسط العام لأبعاد التميز التنظيمي (تميز الهيكل التنظيمي، تميز الاستراتيجية، تميز المرؤوسين، تميز الثقافة التنظيمية) في المحافظات التابعة لإمارة منطقة مكة المكرمة، كما توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في المحافظات التابعة لإمارة منطقة مكة المكرمة. ويوصي البحث بضرورة أن تتبنى المحافظات التابعة لإمارة منطقة مكة المكرمة فلسفة إدارية وأساليب تنظيمية تدعم تطبيق مبادئ وأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية من قبل الإدارة العليا عن طريق التدريب وتنمية الموارد البشرية والعمل على تخصيص الموارد المالية والبشرية الكافية ونشر ثقافة تنظيمية قوية تدعم مبادئ القيادة الأخلاقية لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي.
|b The research aims to identify the dimensions of ethical leadership for managers and its impact in achieving an organizational excellence from the perspective of employees in the provinces of Makkah Emirate,to achieve that, the researcher used a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample, which reached (318)person,moreover the researcher used (SPSS) program to analyze the data, the most important outcomes of the research: increase of overall average dimensions of ethical leadership (administrative characteristics, personal characteristics, and characteristics related to human relations), this in addition to increase of overall average dimensions of organizational excellence(organizational structure excellency, strategy, subordinates, and excellency of an organizational culture) in the provinces of the Emirate of Makkah region. Also, the research results to the presence of statistically significant effect of the dimensions of ethical leadership in achieving organizational excellence in the provinces of the Emirate of Makkah Almokaramah region. The research recommends the need of provinces of Emirate of Makkah region to adopt an administrative philosophy and organizational methods to support the application of the principles and dimensions of ethical leadership by senior management through training and development of human resources and work on the allocation of financial resources and human resources and spread a strong organizational culture of that supports the principles of ethical leadership to achieve organizational excellence.
