|a يهدف البحث إلى وضع رؤية مستقبلية لتطبيق نظام صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئات الرياضية وذلك من خلال تحديد كل من: مفهوم وأهمية وأنواع صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئات الرياضية، خصائص صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئات الرياضية، الهيكل الإداري لمدير صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئات الرياضية.\nوقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية والمتمثلة في الفئات التالية: أعضاء مجلس إدارة كل من الهيئات والمؤسسات التالية "الأندية الرياضية (سموحة، إسكندرية الرياضي، الأوليمبي، الاتحاد، أصحاب الجياد) وعددهم (42) عضوا، بعض رجال الأعمال\nالمقيدين بالغرفة التجارية بمحافظة الإسكندرية وعددهم (30) مستثمر وبذلك بلغ العدد الكلى لعينة البحث (72) عضوا، كما تم الاستعانة بعدد (49) فردا ممثل لفئات عينة البحث ومن خارج عينة البحث الأساسية لإجراء المعاملات العلمية، كما تم استبعاد عدد (12) استمارة لعدم استكمال البيانات، وبذلك بلغ عدد العينة الأساسية (60) فردا.\nوتم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وتطبيق الطرق الإحصائية المناسبة وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أن مفهوم صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئات الرياضية يتمثل في أنها مؤسسات مالية تقوم بالاستثمار الجماعي للأوراق المالية عن طريق تجميع المدخرات من المستثمرين بموجب صكوك أو وثائق استثمارية موحدة القيمة وتستثمر المدخرات في الأوراق المالية لصالح المدخرين والمستثمرين معا وتتمثل أهمية صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئات الرياضية في التمكن من إدارة المحافظ المالية بكفاءة وفاعلية ، كما أن خصائص صناديق الاستثمار بالهيئات الرياضية تتمثل في وجود علاقة طردية بين حجم المكافأة وجهود عمل مدراء الصناديق الاستثمارية، يحق للمشتركين في الصندوق استرداد قيمة مساهمتهم وفق ضوابط وشروط معينة بما يتناسب مع الاستمرار لمدد مختلفة ويناسب صغار المستثمرين ويتم تشكيل الهيكل الإداري من خمسة أعضاء موزعة ثلاثة من أعضاء مجلس إدارة الرياضة واثنان من ذوي الخبرة أحداهما بهيئة الأوراق المالية وتتمثل مؤهلاتهم في الأهلية الكاملة وحسن السيرة والسلوك معروفا بالنزاهة والاستقامة وتتمثل المهام في تقديم التقارير والبيانات المالية والمحاسبية ، كما توصى الباحثة إلى وزارة الاستثمار التوسع في السماح للصناديق بدخول مجالات استثمارية رياضية لجذب مزيد من المدخرات وإيجاد فرص عمل جديدة واستصدار قانون للشركات الاستثمارية الرياضية يساعد على تأسيسها أما إلى وزارة الشباب والرياضة ضرورة توعية المسئولين بالهيئات الرياضية بأهمية شركات المساهمة وفائدتها عند تطبيقها بالهيئات الرياضية وإنشاء شركات المساهمة للأندية الرياضية بطرح أسهم للمستثمرين وتحديد نسب العوائد الربحية لهم.\n

|f The research aims to develop a future vision for the application of the investment funds system in sports bodies by identifying each of:\n•\tThe concept.\n•\tImportance and types of investment funds in sports bodies.\n•\tCharacteristics of investment funds in sports bodies.\n•\tThe administrative structure of the manager of investment funds in sports bodies.\nThe researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the research sample was selected in a stratified random way, represented by the following categories: Board members of each of the following bodies and institutions: “Sports clubs (Smouha, Alexandria Sports, Olympic, Al-Ittihad, horse owners) and they were (42) members, some businessmen registered in the Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria Governorate, they were (30) investors; thus the total number of the research sample member reached (72). (49) individuals representing the categories of the research sample were used from outside the basic research sample to conduct scientific treatment, and (12) forms were excluded for not completing the data, bringing the number of the basic sample to 60.\nThe questionnaire form was used to collect data and information and apply appropriate statistical methods. The researcher concluded that the concept of investment funds in sports bodies is that they are financial institutions that collectively invest securities by pool savings from investors under instruments or unified value investment documents. Savings are invested in securities for the benefit of savers and investors together. The importance of investment funds in sports authorities is to be able to efficiently and effectively manage financial portfolios. Also, the characteristics of investment funds in sporting bodies are represented in the presence of a direct relationship between the size of the reward and the efforts of investment fund managers. The participants in the fund are entitled to recover the value of their contribution according to certain controls and conditions in proportion to continuing for different periods and suitable for small investors. The administrative structure of five members distributed by three members of the Sports Board of Directors and two experienced, one of them at the Securities Commission. Their qualifications are full eligibility, good conduct, and known for integrity and probity. The tasks are represented in submitting financial and accounting reports and statements. The researcher also recommends to the Ministry of Investment to expand allowing funds to enter sports investment fields to attract more savings, create new job opportunities, and issue a law for sports investment companies to help establish them. The researcher recommended to the Ministry to the Ministry of Youth and Sports the necessity to educate officials in sports organizations about the importance of stock companies and their usefulness when applying them to sports bodies and establishing stock companies for sports clubs by offering shares to investors and determining the rates of profitability for them.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
