المستخلص: That training is the process of acquiring workers new skills and knowledge in the field to help them in their business performance of those businesses efficiently and effectively and in accordance with the directions and goals of the organization in which they work, There are a variety of reasons that make training a necessity and necessary in the life of organizations, most notably represented as follows: -Individuals who have been selected to work for the first time in the organization, they need to be trained in order to be qualified to perform the work that will be assigned to them efficiently. -The content of the business itself is changing from time to time, by virtue of change of working methods, or change equipment and machines used to perform the work, in addition to that personnel are not doing the work of just one, but move from one work to another - whether because of transportation or upgrade - which requires training to enable them to perform more than one job. -The evolution in the methods of production, and in the arts and techniques of the industry, and the associated introduction of new processes developed to the performance of production processes - may require the cancellation of some existing jobs and creating new jobs commensurate with modem production system.
