يرصد هذا البحث إشكالية "شعرية الكتابة" عبر محوري التزامن والتزمن؛ وذلك من خلال الوعي بوضعية الشعر العربي في أفقه الدولي والتداولي، وفي سيرورته المتعاقبة في مرحلتين مهمتين، هما: الحداثة العباسية، الحداثة وما بعد الحداثة الراهنة. وتتبلور غاية هذا البحث وهدفه في إنجاز تصور عن "شعرية الكتابة"؛ بحيث يمكن وعيه والوقوف على ملابسات تشكله ونموه واستوائه في ظاهرة لها ماهيتها الدالة وهويتها المائزة؛ وذلك عبر استثمار الفلسفة الظاهراتية وإجراءاتها المنهجية في تحري المصطلح وتحديد دلالته، وعبر الإفادة من التصور البنيوي في تحديد القواعد والسمات المكونة للمصطلح. وقد أفضي تصورنا لـ "شعرية الكتابة" إلى ضرورة الوعي بها عبر مستويين متكاملين، هما: الأول - مستوى الكفاءة: وهو ما يتعلق بالقواعد والقوانين والنظم المؤسسة لشعرية الكتابة. الثاني - مستوي الأداء: وهو يمثل تمظهر الكفاءة في فعل إبداعي مجسد في نص كتابي، وما لهذا التمظهر من سمات نصية شعرية تمنحه هويته المائزة له عن أغيار. وبه فإن شعرية الكتابة هي دمج محور الكفاءة في محور الأداء من حيث رصد القواعد الفاعلة في إنتاج النص الكتابي وتحديد السمات المشكلة لهويته في آن.
This research focus on the question of "Poetic Writing" through the two concepts of synchronization and consecutive history; through the awareness of the position of Arabic poetry in the international and usage, and also in its consecutive progress in two important phases: Abbasid Modernism and Contemporary Modernism and Post- Modernism. The aim of this research is to shape a concept on "Poetic Writing" in a way that enables understanding and knowing the conditions under which it emerged, grew, and matured in a phenomenon that is both indicative and distinctive. This will be achieved through using the Phenomenal Philosophy in drawing up the terminology and determining its significance and also through benefiting from the structural concept in defining the rules and the features composing the relative terminology. It is our own concept for the "Poetic Writing" that has driven us to the conclusion that it is necessary to be totally aware of it through two integrated levels: First: Competence Level; which pertains to the rules, the laws, and the regulations that establish Poetic Writing. Second: Performance Level; which is competence being manifested in a creative action embodied in a writing text, and also this manifestation being of poetic features that give it a unique identity.
