المستخلص: الحمد لله الذي أنزل القرآن على عبده ليكون للعالمين نذيراً، والصلاة والسلام على من جعله الله هادياً وبشيراً، وسراجاً منيراً، وعلى آله الطيبين، وصحبه الأكرمين، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين، وبعد:
أردت أن أضع لبنة في مشروع (التدبر) الكبير؛ خدمة لكتاب الله تعالى وتوجيهاً للناس وتذكير لهم به. فعلم تدبر القرآن من العلوم المهمة؛ تحقيقا لأمر الله سبحانه بتدبره، وقياما بحق من حقوق القرآن علينا، وسميته (مبادئ تدبر القرآن الكريم)، وفي هذا البحث أردت القيام بالتأصيل لهذا العلم كتأصيل السابقين في التأليف، حيث جعلوا لكل علم مبادئا.

All praise belongs to Allah who revealed the Quran upon His slave so that he would be a warner to the worlds and prayers and peace be upon the one Allah made the guide and bringer of glad tidings and a bright light, and upon his honorable family, noble companions and those who follow them in perfection until the Day of Judgement.
I wanted to place a brick in the great project of “Contemplation and pondering”, in service to the Book of Allah, the Highest, and as an advice to the people and a reminder to them of it. That is because the knowledge of pondering or thinking deeply upon the Quran is from among the important areas of knowledge, in compliance with the command of Allah to ponder and think deeply upon it and fulfilling a right from among the rights of the Quran upon us. I have called my effort “The principles of reflecting upon the Noble Quran” and in this research I have wanted to undertake a consolidation of this area of knowledge like the consolidation undertaken by others previously in their writings, in the case where they laid down principles for every area of knowledge or science.
