|f The main objective of the research was to seek to propose a framework that integrates three-dimensional concurrent engineering and strategic cost-management methods to enable organizations to rationalize their costs and increase their competitiveness. In order to achieve this main objective, the researcher aimed to achieve the following sub-objectives:\nStudy and analyse the method of three-dimensional synchronous geometry to determine its philosophy, concept, components, and requirements of its use and how to apply it.\nStudy and analyse the shortcomings of traditional cost management systems that make these systems inappropriate for synchronization methods in the development and design of the products.\nIdentify the reasons for the integration between the three-dimensional concurrent engineering method and the strategic cost management methods. The researcher limited himself to the method of target costs and methods of assisting them due to considerations of time, effort, and cost in order to reach the proposed framework.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a استهدف البحث تحقيق هدف رئيسي هو السعي إلى اقتراح إطار يحقق التكامل بين أسلوب الهندسة المتزامنة ثلاثية الأبعاد وأساليب الإدارة الاستراتيجية للتكلفة بما يمكن المنظمات من ترشيد تكاليفها وزيادة قدرتها التنافسية. وقد اتجه الباحث في سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف الرئيسي إلى تحقيق الأهداف الفرعية التالية:\nدراسة وتحليل أسلوب الهندسة المتزامنة ثلاثية الأبعاد لتحديد فلسفته ومفهومه ومقومات ومتطلبات استخدامه وكيفية تطبيقه.\nدراسة وتحليل أوجه القصور بنظم إدارة التكلفة التقليدية التي تجعل هذه النظم غير ملائمة لأساليب التزامن في تطوير وتصميم المنتجات.\nالتعرف على دواعي التكامل بين أسلوب الهندسة المتزامنة ثلاثية الأبعاد وأساليب الإدارة الاستراتيجية للتكلفة وقد اقتصر الباحث على أسلوب التكاليف المستهدفة والأساليب المعاونة لها نظرا لاعتبارات الوقت والجهد والتكلفة بهدف الوصول إلى الإطار المقترح.
