|b This study sought to identify the intellectual aspects and dimensions of organizational governance and institutional principles in the service companies of Jordan and measure the impact of corporate governance on the economic in the service companies of Jordan through a questionnaire on a sample of managers the directors of the audit in corporate service and the study showed that there is a clear impact of the governance of the economic, the study also recommended the need to work to make more efforts and follow-up of the latest developments regarding the application of the rules of corporate governance in the companies in order to develop awareness and the role of investment to update the legal and regulatory frameworks that provide the necessary protection for investors, which leads to the development of investment and maximize the role of the companies in this field

|a سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على جوانب وأبعاد آل الحاكمية المؤسسية ومبادئها في الشركات الخدمية في الأردن وقياس أثر حوكمة الشركات على اقتصاد تلك الشركات خلال استبيان على عينة من المديرين ومديري التدقيق في خدمة الشركات وأظهرت الدراسة أن هناك تأثيرا واضح للحوكمة على الاقتصاد، وأوصت الدراسة أيضا على ضرورة العمل لبذل المزيد من الجهود ومتابعة آخر التطورات فيما يتعلق بتطبيق قواعد حوكمة الشركات في الشركات من أجل تنمية الاهتمام بدور الاستثمار لتحديث الأطر القانونية والتنظيمية التي توفر الحماية اللازمة للمستثمرين، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى تنمية الاستثمار وتعظيم دور الشركات في هذا المجال
