المستخلص: وهو يتضمن تحقيقا لمخطوط في الحديث، لأحد مجالس الإملاء للثقة الثبت الحافظ: يحيى بن محمد بن صاعد المتوفى سنة ثماني عشرة وثلاثمائة، والمجلس الإملائي يتكون من أحاديث تبلغ ثمانية وعشرين حديثا، قمت بتحقيقها، وبيان صحيحها من سقيمها. ويتكون البحث من المقدمة، والتمهيد، والموضوع، والخاتمة، وفهرس للمصادر والمراجع. فالمقدمة: فيها بيان اختيار المجلس الإملائي الأول، والتمهيد فيه ذكر الترجمة الموجزة عن الإمام يحيى بن محمد بن صاعد، مع بيان ثناء العلماء عليه، وذكر بعض شيوخه وتلاميذه، وبعض مؤلفاته، ووفاته، ثم بيان وصف المخطوطتين، وفيه إثبات نسبة المجلس لابن صاعد ووقت كتابة النسخة، والترجمة الموجزة لرجال النسخة الأصل، وبعدها بيان لمنهج التحقيق في المخطوط، وصور عن المخطوط، ثم الموضوع، الذي يتناول القسم المحقق من الأحاديث، ثم الخاتمة، وقد بينت ما توصلت إليه من نتائج في هذا البحث.

It includes an analysis of a manuscript in the hadith of one of the dictation councils for the firm belief: The Hafiz: Yahya bin Mohammed bin Saad, who died in the year of 318. The dictation council consists of twenty-eight Hadiths that I have analyzed and explained the most authentic hadiths. The research consists of the introduction, the prologue, the subject, the conclusion and a catalog of sources and references. The selection of the first dictation council was discussed in the introduction. A brief biography of the Imam Yahya bin Mohammed bin Saad was mentioned in the prologue. The good opinion of the scholars on him was discussed. The research also discussed some of his teachers, his disciples, some of his writings and his death. It then discussed the description of the two manuscripts in which he proved the attribution of the council to Yahya bin Mohammed bin Saad and the time when the manuscript was written, mentioning brief notes on the persons who wrote the original version. The research then discussed the methodology of investigation of the manuscript, the pictures of the manuscript and then the subject which deals with the section of the Hadiths. Finally the conclusion is presented wherein I mentioned the results I have reached in this research.
