This research study crime of theft from the perspective of sociology, the study has necessitated the division into three chapters, the first chapter included a search portlet definition to search through three points (research problem, and concepts of research, and research objectives. Then the second chapter titled "The theoretical framework of the research" and offered the theoretical side to search through four sections: the first topic, "previous studies" were the studies that have addressed the subject by offered, and the second topic "theories unexplained to study" and it dealt with the theories of scientists unexplained phenomenon theft in people, while the third section, "theft" In it were stolen in terms of their effects and their causes and forms and also stats theft in Saudi capacitive, and the fourth section "crime of theft from the Islamic perspective" and has several points you talk about the rule of theft and its comers and its conditions and types and cutting in the robbery. As for the third quarter last "preventive policy to reduce the crime of theft" divided into two sections: the first topic "laws and regulations of theft in some countries, "which was presented by some States policy in the fight against the crime of theft, and the second topic of "preventive policy to reduce the crime of theft" had discussed Some of the measures can work out to curb the spread of this crime. In the end it was the conclusion of a short talk about the theft and that the study should go into which to fight this dangerous phenomenon.
تناول هذا البحث بالدراسة جريمة السرقة من منظور علم الاجتماع، وقد اقتضت الدراسة تقسيم البحث إلى ثلاثة فصول، تضمن الفصل الأول _وهو مدخل البحث _التعريف بالبحث من خلال ثلاث نقاط (مشكلة البحث، ومفاهيم البحث، وأهداف البحث. ثم جاء الفصل الثاني بعنوان "الإطار النظري للبحث" وعرضت فيه الجانب النظري للبحث من خلال أربعة مباحث وهي: المبحث الأول "الدراسات السابقة" وتم فيه عرضت الدراسات التي تناولت الموضوع من قبل، والمبحث الثاني "النظريات المفسرة للدراسة" وفيه تناولت نظريات العلماء المفسرة لظاهرة السرقة عند الأشخاص، أما المبحث الثالث "جريمة السرقة" ففيه تعرضت للسرقة من حيث آثارها وأسبابها وأشكالها وأيضا احصائيات جريمة السرقة في المملكة العربية السعودية، و المبحث الرابع "جريمة السرقة من المنظور الإسلامي" وبه عدة نقاط تتحدث عن حكم السرقة وأركانها وشروطها وأنواعها والقطع في السرقة. وأما الفصل الثالث الأخير "السياسة الوقائية للحد من جريمة السرقة "فتم تقسيمه إلى مبحثين هما: المبحث الأول "قوانين وتشريعات السرقة في بعض الدول" وتم فيه عرض سياسة بعض الدول في محاربة جريمة السرقة، والمبحث الثاني "السياسة الوقائية للحد من جريمة السرقة" فناقش بعض التدابير التي يمكن العمل بها للحد من انتشار هذه الجريمة. وفى النهاية كانت خاتمة قصيرة تتحدث عن السرقة والدراسة التي يجب الخوض فيها لمحاربة هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة.
