يعد المدخل "السوسيو- الثقافي عاملا محوريا في عملية التواصل والتفاعل الإيجابي بين الشعوب والمجتمعات، وتحتل المجلات الثقافية موقعا بارزا في هذا المجال، وقد سجل التاريخ التفاعل الحضاري بين العرب والافارقة، ومن شواهد ذلك آلاف المخطوطات المكتوبة باللغة العربية في مختلف الفنون والعلوم لعلماء ومفكرين أفارقة، وفي هذا السياق تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على جوانب من هذا التفاعل، وتحددت مشكلتها البحثية في معرفة مدي الحضور الأفريقي بثقافاته وآدابه وشخوصه وقضاياه في المجالات الثقافية العربية المعاصرة وعلاقة ذلك بالمشترك الثقافي بين الجانبين (العربي والأفريقي) بالتركيز على مجلة الفيصل الثقافية السعودية نموذجا لحالة دراسية، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي لتحليل مضامين عينات من إعدادها وصحيفة تحليل المضمون أداة لجمع المعلومات عن تلك الحضور المراد معرفته: حجمه وطبيعته ومجالاته وحدوده الجغرافية، تكونت الدراسة من مقدمة عن التواصل الحضاري بين أفريقيا والعرب ومن تمهيد عن الإطار المنهجي للدراسة وثلاثة مباحث: الأول: المداخل النظرية للاهتمام الثقافي في الأعلام (مدخل التواصل الثقافي في الإعلام الولي/ مدخل النظرية الثقافية المشتركة/ ومدخل نظرية القيم الإخبارية ومعايير النشر، ثم مدخل نظرية تحليل الإطار الإعلامي)، والمبحث الثاني: المشترك الثقافي وخلفية معرفية عن مجلة الفيصل الثقافية ومسوغات اهتمامها بأفريقيا، والمبحث الثالث: نتائج الدراسة المسحية التحليلية لمضمون مجلة الفيصل الثقافية عن الحضور الأفريقي، ونتائج اختبار فروض الدراسة بأبعادها ومتغيراتها، والملاحظات المرصودة عن طبيعة الحضور الأفريقي في المجلة ثم التوصيات.
The Socio-Cultural entrance is a pivotal factor in the process of positive communication and interaction between nations and societies. Also, the cultural magazines occupy an outstanding position in this field, whereas the history recorded the civilized interaction between Arabs and Africans. The evidences include thousands of Arabic manuscripts in different arts and sciences which were written by African scientists and thinkers. In this context, this study sheds the light on the aspects of this interaction. Its problem is represented in knowing the extend of African attendance with all its cultures, arts, characters and cases in the contemporary Arabian culture, in addition to illustrate the relationship between these issues with the cultural joint between the two sides (Arabian and African) through focusing on the Saudi cultural magazine (Alfaisal) as a case study. I had used the descriptive method to analyze the content of the magazine volumes through content analysis form to collect information about the attendance to know its size, nature, fields and geographic borders. The study included an introduction about the civilized communication between Africa and Arab world, preamble about the methodological framework of the study and three pivots; the first pivot: the theoretical entrances to care for cultural interest in media (cultural communication entrance in international media/ mutual cultural theory entrance/ news values and publishing criteria theory entrance/ media framework analysis entrance); the second pivot: the cultural joint and a background about Alfaisal cultural magazine and its interest formulates in Africa and the third pivot: the results of the analytical surveying study for the content of Alfaisal cultural magazine about African attendance, in addition to the results of hypothesis testing of the study and its dimensions and variables. After that, there are notes about the nature of African attendance in the magazine, then the recommendations.
