المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة تقدير أثر الصادرات خارج المحروقات على النمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر خلال فترة التحرير التجاري (1990-2013)، فبينت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك والسببية للصادرات خارج المحروقات بالنمو الاقتصادي في النموذج المقترح، والتفسير المحتمل لغياب العلاقة وعدم تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ راجع للأسباب التالية: ضعف ديناميكية النشاط الإنتاجي خارج المحروقات، تأخر بيئة الأعمال والجاذبية الاستثمارية بالنسبة للاقتصاد الوطني وضعف الطاقة الابتكارية والتوطين التكنولوجي وأخيرا عدم نشوء العقل الاقتصادي القادر على تحويل الدخل الريعي إلى قاعدة إنتاجية فعالة.

Cette étude vise à estimer l’impactdes exportations hors hydrocarbures sur la croissance économique en Algérie durantla Période d’ouverture commerciale (1990-2013), Les résultats indique l’absence de la cointégration et de causalité entre les exportationshors hydrocarbureset la croissance économique dans le modèle proposée, l'explication probable de cet résultatdue àla faiblessede la dynamique del'activité productivehorshydrocarbures, le retard de l'environnement des affaires et de l'attraction des investissementspour l'économie nationaleet la faiblessede l'énergieinnovanteet finalementl’absence de cerveau économique capable de transformer le rendement des hydrocarbures à une base de productivité efficace.

The study aimed to assess the impact of exports apart from hydrocarbons on economic growth in Algeria during the period of trade liberalization (1990-2013) The results showed that there was no joint integration and causal relationship to exports outside fuels with economic growth in the proposed model. The possible explanation for the absence of the relationship and the lack of appreciation of the error correction model is due to the following reasons: Weakness of the dynamics of production activity other than the hydrocarbons; The delay in the business environment and investment attractiveness of the national economy, the weakness of innovative energy, technological localization and, finally, the absence of an economic mind capable of transforming a rentier economy into an effective productive base.
