المستخلص: إن اعتماد الجزائر على قطاع المحروقات، يجعل النمو الاقتصادي في البلد في حالة التذبذب المستمر، لذا يجب البحث عن خيارات أخرى، لذلك تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء حول أهم البدائل الاستراتيجية لهذا القطاع، من خلال التطرق للقطاع الزراعي، مقومات هذا القطاع في الجزائر، والتركيز على مساهمته في الناتج الوطني الخام، وترقية التجارة الخارجية وتوفير مناصب الشغل، وكذا المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة فيها، وإبراز دور القطاع السياحي في ذلك، وذلك في إطار التوجه العالمي نحو استراتيجية ذات ممارسات أكثر استدامة.

l’objectif principale de cette recherche est d’étudier des alternatives stratégiques les plus importants pour le secteur des hydrocarbures, à travers le secteur agricole adressée, les éléments de ce secteur en Algérie, et se concentrer sur la contribution du secteur agricole dans le PIB national, et la promotion du commerce extérieur et la fourniture d›emplois, ainsi que de contribuer à la réalisation du développement durable en Algérie, et mettre en évidence le rôle du secteur du tourisme, dans le cadre d›une tendance mondiale à la stratégie de pratiques plus durables

Algeria's dependence on the hydrocarbons sector puts the country's economic growth in a state of constant fluctuation, so other options should be sought. This is why the study aims to shed light on the most important strategic alternatives for this sector, by addressing the agricultural sector, the components of this sector in Algeria, focusing on its contribution to the national crude output, the promotion of foreign trade and the provision of jobs, as well as its contribution to the achievement of sustainable development in Algeria. To highlight the role of the tourism sector in this regard, as part of the global trend towards a strategy with more sustainable practices.
