|b This study presents the importance of the collective awareness of the situation of social transformations movement, in the self-construction of individual and collective methodology conscious and officer for the movement of communities, and otherwise control the passions demagoguery, or emissions emotional ill-considered or the owners of deviant ideas, bringing the fate of communities with hands frivolous. The study shows how to maintain the social equilibrium state construction and social development, and dissemination of the nation and the interests of communities on the culture of special interests, and good deeds in all cases, doesn’t expect guidance or affectation, through sensor public and private responsibility.

|a تقدم هذه الدراسة أهمية الوعي الجمعي حالة حركة التحولات الاجتماعية، في البناء الذاتي الفردي والجماعي بمنهجية واعية وضابطة لحركة المجتمعات، وإذا فقدت هذه المنهجية فقد تسيطر الأهواء الغوغائية، أو الانبعاثات العاطفية غير المدروسة أو الأفكار المنحرفة، وبذلك يصبح مصير المجتمعات بالأيدي العابثة. توضح الدراسة كذلك كيفية المحافظة على التوازن الاجتماعي حالة البناء والتطور الاجتماعية، ونشر ثقافة مصلحة الوطن والمجتمعات على المصالح الخاصة، والعمل الصالح بكل الحالات، لا ينتظر التوجيه أو التكلف، وذلك من خلال استشعار المسؤولية العامة والخاصة.
