|a تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة انعكاسات خروج المرأة للعمل على الأسرة (الزوج، والأبناء) وقد تم الانطلاق في هذه الدراسة من الإشكالية الآتية: ما انعكاسات خروج المرأة للعمل على الأسرة (الزوج، والأبناء)؟ وقد حاول الباحث أن يتعرف على أهم الأثار التي تتركها المرأة عند خروجها للعمل، أثارها على زوجها وعلى أبنائها وعلى الأسرة عمومًا، واستعان الباحث باستمارة بحث احتوت على 40 بندًا تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة عن طريق صدق المحكمين ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ وتم تناول هذه الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي الذي يخدم هذا الموضوع.
