المستخلص: يتفق جميع الاقتصاديين على أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، من خلال توفير مناصب شغل وتنويع الهيكل الصناعي وتلبية الطلب الداخلي من السلع والخدمات، فقد اهتمت الجزائر بمرافقة الشباب المقاول في إنشاء المشاريع والأعمال الحرة وذلك بعد التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الحر، وأصدرت عدة قوانين ساهمت في دعم هذا المجال وفتح آفاق لهم لتجسيد أفكارهم الإبداعية على أرض الواقع، ومعالجة مكامن الضعف وإعادة التوازن. إن لعملية المرافقة دور فعّال في مجال إبراز وإنماء المشاريع، من خلال توفير الدعم اللازم وكافة الآليات من أجل توجيه حاملي المشاريع وتحريرهم من قيود المحيط والعوائق التي يواجهها الشباب المقاول. استناداً إلى ما سبق تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المرافقة المقاولاتية للمشاريع الصغيرة في الجزائر من خلال آراء عينة الدراسة. واعتمدت الباحثة في أثبات فرضياتها على بيانات تم الحصول عليها باستخدام أسلوب استمارة الاستبيان التي أعدّت لهذا الغرض حيث تم توزيع 28 استمارة مجزئة على المؤسسات المدروسة تم استردادها جميعاً.

According to what preceded the current study aims to identify the Accompanying entrepreneurial for the small projects in Algeria through opinions of sample studious. The researcher in evidence of hypotheses depended her on data the occurrence was complete on her through the use of way application form of the questionnaire which prepared for this purpose where distribution was complete 28 application forms divider on the studied organizations was complete her recovery all.
