|a صنف مؤتمر ريو 20 + للتنمية المستدامة المنعقد في يونيو 2012 الاقتصاد الأخضر ضمن الاهتمامات الدولية ذات الأولوية، مع تزايد الإدراك لمشاكل البيئة والآثار السلبية التي تحدثها المنشآت، الاهتمام بالأساليب التي تحول دون تدهورها على المستويات المختلفة، وبالتالي تكتسي الحكامة البيئية الجيدة وترشيد ندرة الموارد أهمية حاسمة في ظل ارتفاع خطر الهشاشة أمام تغير المناخ والأزمات الاقتصادية. ويحاول هذا المقال إبراز دور الاقتصاد الأخضر في تحسين فعالية استخدام الموارد الطبيعية وتقليص المخاطر البيئية، من خلال تحديد مفهوم للبصمة البيئية والقدرة الإيكولوجية وواقعها في الدول العربية، بيان واقع ومساهمة الاقتصاد الأخضر في بلوغ الأهداف المستقبلية للتنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، بالتطرق إلى السياسات البيئية المطبقة، آليات تمويلها ومتطلبات تنفيذها، لكن خلصنا إلى أن انتشارها يبقى بطيء ما لم تكن هناك سياسة حكومية حازمة، وضع نموذج صناعي جديد يحترم البيئة وأكثر تنافسية مع توفير الحوافز لتحقيق الابتكار اللازم.

|b Rio +20 Conference on Sustainable Development held in June 2012 had Classified the green economy within the priority of the international agenda, with the increasing awareness of environmental problems and the negative effects caused by corporations, and it highlights the methods that prevent that degradation at various levels, thus mad good environmental governance and the rationalization of the scarcity of resources a crucial demand In light of the high risk of vulnerability to climate change and economic crisis. This paper attempts to highlight the role of the green economy in improving the effectiveness of the use of natural resources and reduce environmental risks, by selecting the concept environmental footprint and ecological capacity and its reality in the Arab countries, the reality and the contribution of the green economy in achieving future goals of sustainable development in Algeria, by addressing the applicable environmental policies, funding mechanisms and implementation requirements. But we concluded that it's spread remains slow without the existence of a firm government policy, the development of a new industrial model that respects the environment and more competitive with the provision of incentives to achieve the necessary innovation.
