المستخلص: يطلق على برمجيات إدارة الاستشهادات المرجعية عدة مصطلحات، منها: برامج ببليوجرافية شخصية، وبرامج إدارة الاستشهادات المرجعية الببليوجرافية، وبرامج الإدارة الببليوجرافية، وبرامج إدارة المراجع، ومديري الاستشهادات، والبرامج الببليوجرافية، وهي أي برنامج تم إنتاجه لتخزين واسترجاع التسجيلات الببليوجرافية. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بهذه البرمجيات وعقد مقارنة بين البرمجيات المجانية لإدارة الاستشهادات المرجعية من حيث البيانات الأساسية والملامح والمزايا التي تخص كل منهم للخروج بنتائج وتوصيات تساعد المستفيدين على اتخاذ القرار في اختيار البرنامج المناسب لاحتياجه والبحث العلمي الخاص به. ومن ثم اتبعت الدراسة ثلاثة مناهج: المنهج التاريخي لتتبع تطور المصطلحات وتاريخها وخاصة ذات العلاقة بالاستشهاد المرجعي مثل الاقتباس والتوثيق، والمنهج الوصفي (تحليل المحتوى) لوصف الملامح المميزة لكل برنامج وتحليلها وتجربتها وكذا تحليل البيانات الأساسية الخاصة بكل نظام، والمنهج المقارن للمقارنة بين أساليب الاستشهادات المرجعية طبقا للقطاعات المعرفية، ومقارنة برمجيات إدارة الاستشهادات المرجعية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة يتفوق برنامج JabRef في إمكانية الربط بأكثر من تسع عشرة قاعدة بيانات وهم: Web of , Amazon , Google Books , Google scholar , PubMed , CiteSeer, IEEE Xplore, ArXiv PMC , Highwire , JSTOR , Science Direct , WorldCat/OCLC , Science/Web of Knowledge , PrimoLibweb , voyager , NIHLibrary, Wiley, Scopus , ACMDigitalLibrary , Europe. ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة تشجيع الباحثين على استخدام هذه البرمجيات كل في تخصصه وما يتناسب مع اهتماماته البحثية لتوفير الوقت والجهد في إعداد قائمة المراجع وسهولة الاستشهاد المرجعي.

Citations management software has several terms, including: personal bibliographic programs, bibliographic citations management programs, bibliographic management programs, reference management programs, managers of citations, and bibliographic software.Citation Management Software is a program produced for storage and retrieval of bibliographic records. This study aims to identify this software and compare the free software to manage citations in terms of the basic data and the features to each of them to get out the findings and recommendations which will help users to take the decision to choose the right software which achieve their scientific research. The study followed three approaches: the historical method to track the evolution of terminology, history and especially the relevant benchmark, such as quotations, documentation, and citations, the descriptive approach (Content Studying) to describe, analyze and expertise the characteristic features of each program, then analyze the basic data of each system and their features, and the third comparative approach to compare the citations styles in accordance cognitive sectors and comparing management citations software. The Most important results are: JabRef is the best software in database connectivity With more than nineteen databases: ArXiv ،IEEE Xplore ، CiteSeer ،PubMed ،Google scholar ،Google Books ،Amazon ،Web of Science/Web of Knowledge ،WorldCat/OCLC ،Science Direct ،JSTOR ، Highwire ،PMC Europe ،ACMDigitalLibrary ،Scopus ،Wiley ،NIHLibrary ، voyager ،PrimoLibweb. The Most important recommendations is we must encourage researchers to use these software which compatible with their research interests to save time and efforts in prepare reference list.
