The other axis, has been allocated to the policy of France and agricultural development in the Kurdish areas, especially in the area of the island, where thanks to France in the establishment of cities and towns Kurdish and develop agriculture and the introduction of mechanization and modern machine and consolidate infrastructure through development projects, in addition to the establishment of schools and turn the island into a green area During a few years, and creating the foundations for the emergence of national agricultural bourgeoisie.
