المستخلص: المشكلة تتمثل مشكلة البحث في وجود انخفاض واضح وملموس في مستوى دقة التهديف لعينة البحث على مرمى الفرق المنافسة وتحديدا في منطقه الثلث الهجومي من الملعب وهذا الانخفاض جاء نتيجة انخفاض في مستوى التنسيق والترابط الحركي للاعبين وعدم قدرتهم على السيطرة العالية على حركاتهم. الأهداف: 1-إعداد مجموعة مقترحة من التمرينات المركبة ضمن منطقة الثلث الهجومي من الملعب. 2-معرفة تأثير التمرينات المركبة المقترحة في منطقة الثلث الهجومي من الملعب قيد الدراسة على إنزيم كرياتين فوسفو كاينيز (CPK) ودقة التهديف بكرة القدم. إفتراض البحث؛ 1-وجود فروق معنوية بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي في تركيز إنزيم كرياتين فوسفو كاينيز (CPK) في الدم ومستوى دقة التهديف ولصالح الاختبار البعدي. تكونت عينة البحث من (22) لاعب من فئة الشباب من لاعبي نادي الصمود الرياضي بكرة القدم المشارك في الدوري العراقي للدرجة الثانية للموسم 2012 -2013 وقد تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العمدية وبواقع مجموعة تجريبية واحدة. الاستنتاجات: بعد الانتهاء من البحث استنتج الباحثون بأن التمرينات المركبة المقترحة كان لها تأثير إيجابي على تركيز إنزيم كرياتين فوسفو كاينيز (CPK) وتأثير إيجابي واضح على مستوي دقة التهديف بكرة القدم. التوصيات: وقد أوصي الباحثون بضرورة إجراء الفحوصات التتبعية للقياسات والاختبارات البابوكيميائية في الدم خلال فترات التدريب وتصميم تمرينات مركبة في ثلثي الملعب الآخران وإجراء دراسات وبحوث على عينات ومستويات أخري من اللاعبيين وفي الفعاليات الأخرى الفردية والجماعية والتدرج بتطبيق تلك التمرينات من السهل إلى الصعب

Sample: The sample of the research (22) Player of the youth players withstand Sports Club football participant in the Iraqi league for the second degree for the season 2012-2013 has been selected sample way intentional and by one experimental group, as were excluded two players from the sample for being injured and four players as they applied the first and second exploratory experiment thus becoming the number sample dish by experimental curriculum (16) player. Conclusions: After the completion of the research, the researchers concluded that the exercise of the proposed vehicle had a positive impact on the concentration of the enzyme creatine phosphofructo Kanez (CPK) and a positive effect on the level of a clear scoring football accuracy Recommendations The researchers recommended that a consecutive tests of measurements and tests biochemical blood during periods of training they reflect the case of the player and design exercises vehicle in two-thirds of the stadium the other two and conduct studies and research on samples and other levels of players
