المستخلص: Tourism of the most important economic sectors are considered important in the world, and this is reflected in the economic indicators and statistics for the contribution of industry to GDP and also in employment and bring in foreign investment, which will reflect positively on economic development. Due to this importance, many of the economic and tourism organizations tried to issue periodic and annual reports in order to highlight the various aspects related to tourism both from statistical, economic or marketing or strategic side. We find among these reports, Report of the World Economic Forum, a competitive travel and tourism report, which highlights the most important indicators of tourism and its competitiveness internationally, both those related to human and cultural vendor, or the natural and cultural, or organizational and strategic side. Through analysis of the competitive tourist and evaluation of the North African countries, and based on this report, international or Arab, whether, we find that they are still weak and do not reflect the tourism potential enjoyed by these countries, due this to the lack of realism in dealing with this sector by the government, and the lack of a clear strategy based on deliberate targets relive the status of the sector and territories domestically and internationally.
