المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري في دراسة حالة حمام منتيلة بولاية غليزان. و التعرف على أهمية دراسات الجدوى الإقتصادية و أهمية تطبيقها على أرض الواقع و العوامل المتحكمة فيها، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهمية دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية في ترشيد القرار الاستثماري.
وعلى هذا الأساس تم اختيار دراسة الحالة لإستثمار سياحي لدى مديرية السياحة لولاية غليزان لفترة زمنية تقديرية لمدة خمس سنوات.
و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن دراسة الجدوى الإقتصادية هي أداة لها دور في عملية تقييم و معرفة مدى صلاحية المشروع الاستثماري السياحي من مختلف الميادين البيئية، القانونية ، الفنية، التسويقية، الإجتماعية والمالية.و تعتبر عملية التقييم أساس فشل أو نجاح المشروع الاستثماري، فكل قرار استثماري يتوقف على طرق اختيار البدائل.

The study aims to know the role of the economic feasibility study in relation to making an investment decision in respect to the case study of Montille Bath in the province of Relizane. It also seeks to identify the importance of economic feasibility studies and the importance of applying them on the ground, the factors controlling them, in addition to highlighting the importance of the economic feasibility study in relation to rationalizing the investment decision.
Upon this basis, a case study was selected related to tourism investment, by the Tourism Directorate of Relizane, over an estimated period of five years.
The study concluded that the feasibility study is a tool that plays a role in respect to assessing and determining the viability of the tourism investment project from various environmental, legal, technical, marketing, social and financial areas.

Cette communication vise à découvrir le rôle de la faisabilité économique dans la décision d’investissement en prenant le cas de « Hamam Mentila » qui se trouve à la commune de Ammi Moussa- la Wilaya de Relizane- afin de comprendre l’importance des études de faisabilité et son application sur terrain en plus souligner l'importance de l'étude de faisabilité économique pour rationaliser la décision d'investissement.. Et sur cette base on a choisit de travailler sur notre cas dans une période de temps estimées par 5 ans. Cette communication a conclu que l’étude de faisabilité représente un outil qui joue un rôle dans le processus d’évaluation et déterminer l’efficacité d’un projet d’investissement dans différents domaines ; environnementale, législatif, sociale, financier … chaque décision d'investissement dépend de la sélection des alternatives et des moyens pour évaluer les composantes de la viabilité financière
