|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد وتناول الظروف والعوامل الاجتماعية التي تتدخل مباشرة في ظهور وانتشار ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال القصر في الجزائر ويبقى انشغالنا العلمي هو الوصول إلى تحديد المعطيات الميدانية ذات الصلة بارتفاع معدل هذه الظاهرة، التي فككت أواصر و روابط الأسرة الجزائرية في وسطها الاجتماعي، التي بتفككها وضعفها تؤدي إلى حصول مزيد من اللامبالاة في النسق العام لمكونات التراكيب في هذه الأوساط الاجتماعية ، مما زاد من ظروف وعوامل انتشار الظاهرة أفقيا وعموديا، التي لم تعد علامة دالة على امتداد المرض الاجتماعي وإنما صارت مرتبطة بعوامل لها علاقة مباشرة بالنشاط السكاني والانتشار البشري وما يخلفه من قطيعة في الأواصر البشرية التي يتحول بعضها إلى تصفية حسابات أسرية

|d Dans cette étude notre travail se base à regrouper, classifier puis analyser les conditions sociologiques qui vont pousser les crimes du kidnapping des enfants mineurs à l’augmentation, d’une année a une autre, notre préoccupation scientifique principale se spécialise dans la classification de leurs impacts sur les liens sociaux et familiaux.\nOn a constaté que ce phénomène prend de l’ampleur dans les milieux sociaux, et reste, en parallèle, l’intervention sociologique qui joue un rôle primordiale dans l’analyse de chaque de ses conditions.\n\t\nGlobalement, j’ai essayé de préciser les principaux facteurs qui influent directement sur l’augmentation des faits lies à ce phénomène.\nL’objectif de cette étude est d’arriver à mettre la main sur les causes réelles de ce problème. \n

|f The purpose of this study is to identify and address the social conditions and factors that directly interfere with the emergence and spread of child abduction in Algeria. Our scientific concern is to identify the field data related to the high rate of this phenomenon, which broke the bonds and links of the Algerian family in its social center, whose disintegration and weakness lead to more apathy in the general layout of the composition of the structures in these social circles which increased the conditions and factors of the spread of the phenomenon horizontally and vertically.
