المستخلص: يحتل مفهوم القيم في العلوم الاجتماعية أهمية كبيرة باعتباره محددا هاما من محددات السلوك البشري، وتعتبر القيم كذاك من أكثر السمات تأثرا بالإطار الثقافي والاجتماعي لطل مجتمع، فلكل مجتمع نسقه القيمي الخاص ويتغير هذا النسق تبعا لما يحصل في هذا المجتمع من تغيرات وتحولات، والمجتمع الجزائري على غرار المجتمعات البشرية الأخرى لديه نسقه القيمي الخاص وعرف هو الآخر العديد من التحولات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بوتيرة سريعة أثرت على كيانه الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، ما جعل نسق القيم بدوره يتأثر بدوره بهذا التغير فشهد هو الآخر تغيرا من ناحية دور القيم ومكانتها كضابط من الضوابط الاجتماعية وكذا من ناحية ظهور قيم جديدة دخيلة على المجتمع الجزائري، وفي هذا المقال سنحاول إبراز أهم التغيرات التي عرفها المجتمع الجزائري والتي كان لها دور في تغير منظومة القيم وظهور قيم جديدة وتراجع دور قيم تقليدية في هذا المجتمع

le concept de valeurs dans les sciences sociales possède une grande importance comme un déterminant important du comportement humain, de plus ; les valeurs sont considérées parmi les fonctionnalités les plus touchées par le cadre social et culturel de chaque société, chaque communauté a son propre système moral qui change en fonction des changements et des transformations qui règnent cette communauté, et Comme d'autres sociétés humaines la communauté algérienne a sa propre coordonné morale et elle connaissait ainsi trop de changements sociaux et économiques suivant un rythme rapide ce qui a affecté son entité sociale et économique, ce qui rendait le système de valeurs à son tour touché par ce changement et il connaissait également un changement en terme de rôle de ces valeurs et de leurs position en tant que l’une des normes de contrôle sociales, ainsi que dans les termes d'apparence de nouvelles valeurs étrangères à la société algérienne.
Dans cet article, nous allons essayer de mettre en évidence les changements les plus importants définis par la société algérienne, qui a eu un rôle dans la modification du système de valeurs, l'émergence de nouvelles valeurs ainsi que dans le recul du rôle des valeurs traditionnelles dans cette société.

The concept of values in social sciences is of great importance as an important determinant of human behavior. Values are also the most affected by the cultural and social framework of a society. Each society has its own values and changes. This pattern changes according to changes and transformations in this society. The Algerian society, like other human societies, has its own value system, and has witnessed many social and economic transformations at a rapid pace that has affected its social and economic being. The value system in turn has been affected by this change, and it has undergone a change in terms of the role of values and their status as social controls and in terms of the emergence of new values alien to Algerian society. In this article, we will try to highlight the most important changes that Algerian society has known, and which have played a role in changing the value system, the emergence of new values, and the decline of the role of traditional values in this society.
