|d Les croyances populaires font partie du patrimoine culturel de l’humanité, Parmi ces croyances populaires on trouve le phénomène de la vénération des saints ce phénomène est très répandu dans les sociétés arabes. Il occupe une place importante dans la société algérienne.\nNous essayions avec cette contribution de traiter les caractéristiques de ce phénomène en mettant en évidence quelques figures emblématiques des ces saints ayant exercé une influence spirituelle dans la société algérienne.
