المستخلص: تتناول الدراسة مسألة المواطنة والشعور بها وممارستها في ظل الثورة الرقمية التي أصبحت سمة هذا العصر، حيث أخذ هذا المفهوم صورة مختلفة عن صورته التقليدية، والتي كانت تتلخص في الشعور بحب الوطن وبذل جهود حقيقية لرفعته وكرامته، ومن ثم الحصول على امتيازاتها وحقوقها، غير أن الثورة المعلوماتية وما جرته من تطور في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال وبروز ثقافة التواصل الاجتماعي وغلبة مضامين الإعلام الجديد وتقهقر الإعلام التقليدي الجماهيري، حذا بقطاع كبير من أفراد المجتمع إلى ممارستها بشكلها الإلكتروني بالانغماس المخيف في الفضاء السيبراني العام، فتحول المواطن عبرها إلى مواطن رقمي يمارس حبه للوطن ورغبته في سلامة أفراده عبر الانترنت وتطبيقات الإعلام الجديد، مما أفقد المواطنة بعدها الحقيقي وصورتها الواقعية، وذلك بغياب وجود المواطن في ساحة العمل السياسي والتطوعي الفعلي في الشارع.

Cette étude traite le sujet de la citoyenneté et sa pratique actuelle au sein de la révolution digitale, actuellement, la nouvelle image de la citoyenneté est reliée au développent aux technologies de la communication et le nouveau média et la culture de média sociale, sans oublier le recule des moyens traditionnels de communication. Dans ce nouvel environnement, beaucoup de gens et surtout les jeunes, ont commencé de la pratiquer dans le « Sybersphère » sans descendre à la rue, mais seulement derrière ses écrans et dans les coins des maisons, c’est pour cela, le citoyen devient digital, et la citoyenneté devient électronique

The study deals with the question of citizenship, the sentiments attached to it and its practice, in light of the digital revolution which has become the mark of this era. That is as this concept took a different form from its traditional image, which was summarized in feeling love for the nation and making real efforts for the sake of its elevation and dignity, and then, as a result, attain its privileges and rights. However, the information revolution and what accompanied it in terms of development in the field of, the emergence of the culture of social communication and the predominance of the content of new media, in addition to the decline of traditional mass media, led a large segment of society to practice it in its electronic form through a frightening immersion into the cyber space. Through it the citizen has become a digital citizen who exercises his love for the homeland and his desire for the safety and wellbeing of his people through the Internet and new media applications. This has led citizenship to lose some of its real dimension and its realistic form, and that is as a result of the absence of the citizen in the field of political and voluntary work, in the street.
