المستخلص: تشكل الأسرة القاعدة الأساسية في هيكل المجتمع الجزائري، فهي المؤسسة الاجتماعية التي تؤمن عدّة وظائف حيوية منها وظيفة التنشئة الاجتماعية للأفراد، وقد عرفت الأسرة الجزائرية عدّة تغيّرات، سواء في شكلها التركيبي، أو في علاقاتهم الداخلية، أو في قيمها الاجتماعية، وتندرج هذه التغيّرات في إطار حركة التغيّر الثقافي- الاجتماعي، والانتقال من المجتمع الزراعي التقليدي إلى المجتمع الصناعي الحديث، وهذا ما يدفعنا إلى التفكير والحديث عن ظاهرة التغيّر في الأسرة الجزائرية. وقد شهدت الأسرة العربية عموما، والجزائرية خاصة، تغيّرات عديدة منذ نهاية القرن الماضي وبداية القرن الحالي، في ظلّ التغيّرات الديموغرافية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية، أدّت إلى إنتاج وسائل اتصال حديثة في التواصل الاجتماعي عملت على إحداث تغيير في أشكال تفاعل الأسر وأساليب تواصلهم، ولم تعد وسائل التكنولوجيا التي يصعب السيطرة عليها حاليًّا، أساسية فحسب في حياة الفرد، بل أسهمت في إحداث تغييرات في علاقات الفرد بأسرته، وعلاقات الأسرة بالمجتمع، وعند الحديث عن الأسرة والعلاقات الأسرية لابد أن نتعرض للحقوق والواجبات والأدوار بين أفراد الأسرة، تلك الأدوار التي تتعرض للتعديل كي تتناسب مع التغيّرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية، كما ترتبط التغيّرات في بنية الأسرة ارتباطا وثيقا بعمليات التحديث والتصنيع. حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية تسليط الضوء على أثر وسائط الاتصال الجديدة على قيم الأسرة الحضرية، وكذلك الكشف عن أبعاد ظاهرة التغير الاجتماعي الثقافي في البيئة الحضرية، نتيجة لتأثير عوامل عديدة منها وسائط الاتصال، واتخذنا من المجتمع الجزائري مجالا للدراسة ومن الأسرة وعناصرها وحدة لتحليل العلاقات بين بعض المتغيرات التي تعد عواملا لأحداث التغير الاجتماعي والثقافي، وقد استخدمنا استمارة الاستبيان أداة لجمع البيانات، بهدف الكشف عن عوامل التغير في القيم الاجتماعي داخل الأسرة الحضرية الجزائرية.

Have seen the Arab family in general, and the Algerian private many changes since the end of the century fading and the beginning of the present century , in light of the changes of demographic , economic, social to the production of modern means of communication in social networking has worked to bring about a change in the forms of interaction of families and methods of their communication , and no longer means a technology that is difficult to control them now , essential not only in the life of the individual , but also contributed to the changes in the relationship of the individual to his family , and the family ties to society , and when talking about the family , family relationships and values to be that we are exposed to the rights , duties and roles of family members , those roles which are being modified in order to cope with the social changes and economic and political , is also linked to changes in the family structure closely processes of modernization and industrialization We tried through this field study to shed light on the impact of the means of communication on the social relations of the family of urban as well as the disclosure of the dimensions of the phenomenon of social change, cultural urban environment as a result of the influence of several factors, including the means of communication and we have taken from the Algerian society is room for study and family and elements of the unit to analyze the relationships between some of the variables which is Awamla events social and cultural change , we have used the form tool to collect data, to measure Atjhat and manifestations of the change that has touched the social relations within the family and urban Algerian.
