The subject of protection of intellectual property is the subjects of great interest to the legal community and even the media all over the world, because of the sense of the ownership of human privacy enjoyed by humanitarian queen, especially when it comes to the nature of the applicable protection of intellectual property elements in the digital environment, these the environment that created a new variety of violating intellectual property elements of the media. Since the assault in his public image is a violation of the rights of others, and infringement of works protected legally, a commercial exploitation by any means whatsoever without the legal exception or a license from the author, has varied ways infringement of a full copy of the work or part thereof, or to modify the work in any method of modification.
